With over 15 years of experience in architectural design and interior execution, Samira brings deep expertise across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Based in Dubai, she has led numerous projects from concept to handover, known for her blend of creative vision and technical precision.
In 2020, during the global pandemic, she co-founded NU Plan Decoration with her partners , turning challenge into opportunity. Since then, the firm has grown steadily, delivering refined design-build solutions with a reputation for quality, detail, and client-focused service.
Samira’s strategic mindset, aesthetic sensibility, and hands-on leadership continue to drive NU Plan’s success both locally and internationally

With over 40 years of architectural experience, Amir has successfully led and contributed to a wide range of world-class international projects. As a managing director at Zeidler architects of Canada for 25 years My portfolio includes commercial, retail, hospitality, residential, and healthcare projects. Notable highlights include the Niagara Fallsview Resort, the Hyatt at Pearson Airport and the Eaton Centre redevelopment in Canada.
His work spans to the USA, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, and China, with a strong focus on luxury residential buildings, shopping centers, and multi-purpose residential complexes. He had also worked on 17 residential tower projects in Dubai with Emaar Development. In addition As both a developer and construction management professional, he brings a comprehensive understanding and hands-on approach to each project, ensuring excellence .

Mahsa brings over 15 years of experience in architecture and interior design, with a strong track record of delivering residential and commercial projects. Her work blends technical expertise with a refined design sensibility.
Since joining NU Plan Decoration in 2021, she has led the Design Department, playing a key role in shaping the firm’s creative direction. Mahsa excels at transforming ideas into engaging spatial experiences, guiding projects from concept to final design with clarity and innovation.
